Young Drivers Scheme
Supporting safer driving for young people in the Redditch and Bromsgrove area.
About the Scheme
RBAM operates a Young Drivers Scheme in conjunction with Redditch and Worcester Councils, helping young drivers develop safe driving habits early. This scheme removes financial barriers while providing high-quality driver training.
For parents and guardians: All sessions are conducted by trained iAM RoadSmart observers who provide structured, supervised coaching in real-world conditions — giving young drivers and their families confidence throughout.
Pay £50 to get started. Complete the course and get your deposit back — whether you pass or fail the test.
